Warranty and Return Policies
Warranty Policy
The warranty applies to the products manufactured by The Crew Case and purchased by you, the original purchase holder. The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the time period starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty is given on the condition that the products were used under normal conditions and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

All new purchases come with a 1-year warranty. A 2-year extended warranty is also available for purchase when purchasing select items.

Coverage includes the replacement of faulty components and necessary labor costs. Any repaired or replaced parts will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days, whichever is longer.

This limited warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, improper handling or use of the wires and/or connectors. This limited warranty does not cover damage caused to devices plugged into any products.

The Crew Case will not be liable for any damages and/or losses that occur as a result of the use of the product. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, inability to use the product, loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of time.

The total cumulative liability to the customer, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the customer.

If the product is found to be defective, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Repaired or replaced products will be returned to you free of charge.
Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase The Crew Case is happy to accept partial or full order returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. All physical items including charging cases and replacement chargers are eligible. Returned items must be in their original and working order.

Proof of purchase is required to initiate the return. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If items arrive damaged, The Crew Case can offer replacements at no cost. Just ship back the damaged items with the provided shipping label.

If the product is within the Return Policy, we will, at our discretion, accept the return or refund the purchase.
